Induction

I guide you into a state of deep relaxation known as hypnosis or trance — through verbal suggestions, calming techniques, and focused concentration. Contrary to common misconceptions, you remain fully conscious, in control, and aware of your surroundings throughout.

Deepening

Once in hypnosis, I may facilitate an additional level of relaxation to enhance receptivity. This can be achieved through progressive muscle relaxation, controlled breathing, or guided imagery.

Suggestion

Within this deepened state, I introduce tailored positive suggestions that directly align with your specific goals and needs — carefully crafted to bypass conscious resistance and empower lasting change through the subconscious mind.

Visualization and Imagery

I use visualization techniques to help you imagine and experience desired changes. By creating vivid mental images, you tap into your inner resources and cultivate positive emotions and beliefs.

Regression and Exploration

Where relevant, I guide you to revisit past experiences or memories to explore underlying issues and unresolved emotions. Revisiting these experiences in a safe, supportive framework can lead to deep understanding and healing.

Therapeutic Interventions

I integrate various therapeutic techniques into the hypnotic state — cognitive restructuring to challenge negative beliefs, desensitization to address phobias or traumas, and ego-strengthening suggestions to enhance confidence and self-worth.

Post-Hypnotic Suggestions

Towards the end of the session, I provide post-hypnotic suggestions that support ongoing change when you return from the hypnotic state.

Your Personal Recording

Following our session, I create a personalized recording tailored exclusively for you. I highly recommend listening to it daily for 21 days — or 30 days or more for even longer-lasting results. The recording is 15–20 minutes and completely private.
